Mr. Astrab, I requested your contact information so that I could commend Dan on the outstanding work that he did in assisting us in recruiting a new Director of Physics. Our long standing Director of Physics left our organization in mid November of this year in the middle of replacing two Linear accelerators, which put us in a serious bind. He also hooked me up with Carl, who also did a nice job of contracting an outstanding temporary physicist. Having completed my first 30 days at my new facility, I wanted to take a moment to send you a note expressing my appreciation for the excellent diligence and support that your staff (particularly Don Heil) provided during my recent candidacy.
