Search Process Overview


Mission Search uses the following methodology:

  • Mission Search develops a position profile for the designated position(s) through extensive communication with our clients.
  • The recruitment team networks nationally to identify a selection of candidates for your consideration.
  • Through our contacts in the industry we will source a large number of potential candidates that we will take through our qualifying process.
  • A key element in the qualifying process is completing SearchQuest®, our proprietary candidate assessment tool developed by Mission Search to assist our Clients in the evaluation and selection of candidates.
  • Each questionnaire is customized to meet the position criteria of the particular search and is reviewed by our Clients for their specific input.
  • By using SearchQuest®, our Clients are able to assess which candidates are worthy of an invitation to enter the telephone screening and onsite interview process.
  • Mission Search composes and sends a Mission Search flyer to hundreds of professionals with the desired skill set to identify the "passive candidate".



Timelining


Timelining is another key feature of our Search process. At the time we accept a Search Assignment, we discuss a Timeline with our Client. We establish the following:

  • Candidate Presentation Dates
  • Telephone Interview Dates to fit our client’s schedule
  • Onsite Interview Dates
  • Offer and Acceptance
  • Mission Search fully references and verifies the education and the certifications of candidates prior to extension of any offer.
  • Six-month unconditional candidate replacement guarantee.
